Help make our customers ‘Appy

We’re in the final stages of launching our App and we we’re looking for around 100 customers to help us test this, provide us with feedback and recommendations before go live.

Testing is quick and simple. It will take no more than 1 hour and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

If you’re a Robin Hood Energy customer with a Traditional, Credit or Smart Meter then all we need you to do is send an email to RHEmarketing@robinhoodenergy.co.uk with your name, account number, meter type (Tradtional, Credit or Smart); and an email address to contact you on.

Unfortunately if you have a Prepayment meter, we’re not ready to test this part of our App yet.

We’ll then be in contact if you have been selected to help us test the new App prior to launch.
