Pay monthly home energy

Paying bills every month is a good way to avoid the costs of your energy mounting up. The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit, where you automatically pay an amount each month depending on whether you’re on a fixed or variable tariff.

If you’d prefer to keep a closer eye on bills and pay for exactly what you use each month, that’s fine too. You’ll receive a bill each month and can pay online, at the Post Office or at any PayPoint store.

Pay as you go home energy

Our pay-as-you-go meter lets you manage the cost of your home energy supply and avoid high bills. You can also build up credit to use during the colder winter months, so it’s a good way to spread the cost of your energy throughout the year.

It’s really simple you use. Just top up your gas or electricity at any Post Office, PayPoint or Payzone then insert your card or key into your meter.

Moving home

Moving home can be pretty stressful, but we’re here to make sure you have one less thing to worry about. Just call us on 0800 030 4567 to let us know the date you’ll be moving, then remember to take a meter reading at your old house before you leave. We’ll send you a final bill and get you all set up in your new home.
