If you need to submit a meter reading or pay your bill – that’ll definitely be faster online. Or if you need help from one of our colleagues but don’t want to wait in a queue, then drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Switching usually takes between three to six weeks in total. That includes a fourteen-day cooling-off period once you’ve signed your contract, meaning that if you’re not happy in those first two weeks you can simply change your mind.
