Sending meter reads

A month has passed and it's time to submit your meter readings,we have a few ways you can submit them quickly and easily:

Through your online account

The quickest and simplest way to send your meter readings to us is through your online account. Simply login and pop your meter readings in each month.


If you don’t have an online account, you can sign up for one in just 30 seconds.


Through our automated phone line

Our automated telephone system lets you submit your readings quickly if you don't have your computer with you or if you're in the basement with no wifi!

Just call 0800 030 4567 and press 2 to confirm you're a Robin Hood Energy customer, then press 1 to submit your meter readings.


Why it is important to submit your meter readings

If you do not submit your monthly meter readings, we will not be able to produce an accurate bill for you, which could result in you being overcharged. By providing us with a monthly meter reading we’re able to;

  • Make sure you’re only paying for the energy you use.
  • Provide you with an accurate renewal quote.
  • Make sure you avoid accumulating a large credit or debit if you pay by monthly Direct Debit.
  • Only pay for the energy you use on a quarterly variable direct debit
