What happens if you are eligible, but have not received a letter?

You will not receive a letter from the Department of Work and Pensions until October – December 2020.

However, if you get to December and still have not received a letter from the Department of Work and Pensions stating that you will receive the Warm Home Discount, then please contact the Warm Home Discount Team.
