If you need to submit a meter reading or pay your bill – that’ll definitely be faster online. Or if you need help from one of our colleagues but don’t want to wait in a queue, then drop us an email on customerservice@robinhoodenergy.co.uk.

How do I make sure I’m paying the right amount?

If you send us your meter readings regularly then you’ll only pay for what you use. Submitting readings is really easy to do – just login to your online account or call us on 0800 030 4567 and select option 1 to provide your readings.

What if my meter reading is incorrect?

If you think your meter reading is incorrect, you can supply your own by either by logging into your online account

If you think your meter isn’t working properly, please call us straight away on 0800 030 4567.

If you have a pay-as-you-go meter we probably won’t need to read the meter as we automatically get readings when you top up your credit.
