  • View, print and pay your bills – we’ll send you an email when your latest one’s ready

I can’t remember my username or password

You can recover your username or reset your password online.

To do this click “My Account” and then select either “Forgot Your Password” or “Forgot Your Username”.

To reset your username you’ll need your account number, postcode, and surname. We’ll send details of your username to the email address registered on your account.
