Reporting into the Head of Operations, we are looking for an experienced SMART Lead to support the business through the accountability for the SMART metering programmes including SMETS1 and SMETS2. To have a broad working knowledge of the Junifer systems and experience of creating new processes. To liaise with relevant meter operators to document and process map our SMETS 2 Journey, overseeing full end to end testing to ensure the final process runs smoothly for the end customer. To ensure ongoing root cause analysis is carried out on all SMETS 2 processes and relevant process changes are implemented .To gather detailed forecast information from Commercial department for their SMETS2 rollout plans. To actively identify and monitor changes within the industry around SMETS2 and update the process accordingly. To work closely with RHE’s Meter operators, Data Collectors and Data Aggregators to ensure they are meeting their set SLA’s and where possible to develop new processes to stream line current and existing processes. Where required to collate evidence where they have breached their SLA’s and compiling reports to claim compensation.
Liaise with our SMETS2 Industry partner Utiligroup to ensure work within uSmart system is robust and completed within the agreed SLAs. Design and implement effective knowledge management of business Data including standards, processes and procedures, data quality etc.
To have strong people management experience. Demonstrable experience of driving operational and business performance. To have experience of culture management and change.
The post holder will require a company-wide understanding of the impacts from statutory and regulatory requirements on all operational practices across the whole organisation and design systems and processes to drive business growth.
As a member of the change team, you will be expected to work closely and build good working relationships with all stakeholders that will allow you to liaise with the relevant business areas, 3rd parties and the test team.
