Reporting into the Head of Contract Management, we are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to drive supplier negotiations, tender reviews and contract procurement and create robust Commercial controls to ensure that the RHE (Robin Hood Energy) operating model is protected.
The successful individual will have responsibility for ensuring that all suppliers meet service level agreements and drive cost efficiency through establishing and maintaining policies, processes and systems to prevent problems and adapt to ever changing circumstances. By providing an
invaluable guidance and support service across all departments, the successful individual will drive business decisions through the preparation, interpretation and dissemination of contract revisions and analysis of financial models.
The post holder will require a company-wide understanding of the contractual implications and consequences of business decisions that inform key strategic priorities and support with formulating medium to long-term business strategies that enable business growth and drives the overall
You will be expected to work closely with all the departments across the business to develop & prioritise change plans and provide support where necessary to ensure continual successful delivery of company objectives.
