We can confirm that the sale of our business to British Gas has now completed. British Gas will start writing to customers from week commencing 21st September inviting them to move across.

We will be here to continue supporting our customers and to make that journey as seamless as possible.

Moving out of a premises

It's simple to take us with you

To move your Robin Hood Energy account from one premises to another is really straight forward.

Simply contact your account manager about a month before you move out and let us know your new site address and when you will be moving in and we'll start the ball rolling

The day you move out of your old premises just send us closing meter readings for your old premises and when you move into your new premises send us your opening meter readings at your new premises.

That's it.

If you aren't taking us with you

The quickest way to do this is by contacting your account manager about a month before you move out with the date you'll be moving out. We'll need some information from you to close your account and also your landlord's details as they will be responsible for the energy bills when you've left.

The quickest way to do this is to contact your dedicated account manager who will be able to update your account and process your move out nice and quickly.

If you'd prefer you can complete our Change of Tenancy Form when you give up responsibility for your premises.
