To keep our people safe we're still running a limited phone service. Our call centre teams are still very busy helping vulnerable customers and those with emergencies like a loss of electricity or gas.

This is probably the toughest and most uncertain time for UK businesses since World War 2. Please let your account manager know if you need any help and we'll do everything we possibly can to support you.

Struggling to make payments?

With everything that is happening right now around Covid 19 and the continuing uncertainty, there will be many businesses that are either shut or unable to trade.

If you are one of those businesses and need some advice or help with your current balance or your ongoing invoices then we want to make sure we're not adding to your stress.

Please don't ignore your invoices, the vast majority of our customers are struggling right now so we really want to work with you and look at all the available options to help you through this challenging period.

When you email us it would be really helpful to know a few details about how your business is affected to make sure we get you the right level of support.

If you could let us know:-

  • Your current trading status: normal trade, limited trade, closed.
  • Your meter reads if you're still trading, or if possible, the last reads you took before your premises closed.
  • Your contact telephone number
  • If your meter supplies any residential element of your premises like a flat or house etc.
  • Whether you are applying for any Government financial support

We know this might be hard but the more detail you can give us the faster we'll be able to get you the help you need.

Help us and our other customers by managing your account online

While many businesses are closed or unable to trade there are some of you who are carrying on as normal, which is great news.

Our own business is almost fully operational but our business team is very busy helping out our customers who have been affected by the Covid19 outbreak.

We will absolutely help you manage your account as normal but if you want to submit meter readings, check your bills or make payments then you can do all of that from your online account.

Submitting your meter Reads

You can still submit your meter readings through our automated telephone line, just call 0800 012 1661 and select option 1, followed by option 1 again.

You can also submit your meter readings through your online account.

Alternatively you can email your readings to us but please make sure your the email includes either your account number or Meter Point Reference number so we can enter your meter reading.

If you would like to join us then please pop your details into our business energy quote form. Once we've got your information one of our sales team will create your personalised quote and send it back for you to review.

Good to know: For a business energy quote we'll need your Gas meter point number or Electric meter point number, your business address and your annual consumption figures.
