Get your development connected in 4 steps

Getting started is simple and we'll help you through the process from start to finish:

  1. Start off by filling in our contact form below.

  2. Once you've done that we'll send you an email with our new connection nomination form which will ask you for all the details about your business, your project and the meters you'll need.
    Good to know: We'll need quite a lot of detail about your project to get you an accurate quote so it's worth giving yourself some time to complete that when it arrives. If you get stuck our team can help you fill it in.

  3. Once all your meter numbers (MPANs and MPRNs) are registered we'll set up a meter installation request.
    Good to know: Installation requests for both Gas and Electricity meters with our Meter Operator usually have a 10 working day lead time. This lead time can be affected depending on where you are in the UK and the availability of engineers. Obviously, if you're sourcing your own meters then the lead time on those will be dictated by your supplier.

  4. Your meter(s) are fitted and your new connection is complete.
