How will you decide our tariff?

Our gas and electricity price plans can change all the time as the markets fluctuate. So when you ask us for a quote, we’ll base our cost on the best plan we can offer at the time, based on how much gas and electricity you use and other factors. We’ll offer you a fixed price for a whole year, so you’ll know exactly how much you’re paying each month.

Deemed Rates

If your business moves into a premise that is supplied by Robin Hood Energy and you haven’t agreed to a contract with us, you will be placed onto our “deemed rates”. Here are the details that apply to our deemed rates.

Out of Contract Rates

If you terminate your contract within your notice period but do not switch supplier, we’ll apply our out of contract prices from when your price plan ends. Similarly, if your contract ends and you haven’t placed a termination notice, you will revert to our out of contract rates. Here are the details that apply to out of contract rates.
