Matthew James Cowlishaw and Richard Michael Hawes were appointed Joint Administrators of Robin Hood Energy Limited on 05 January 2021. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. All licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
British Gas has purchased the business of Robin Hood Energy. Customers, including residential and commercial customers and those that were served through White Label partners have now been moved across to British Gas, unless they opted to transfer to another provider.
Following the sale Robin Hood Energy has ceased trading and entered Administration on 5 January 2021.
Unfortunately, the Robin Hood Energy contact centre is now permanently closed and will not be able to answer calls or emails.
How to pay
Former Robin Hood Energy customers who have not transferred to British Gas can still make payments using the following link: https://pay.allpay.net/robinhoodenergy/Recipient/Create
If you have transferred to British Gas you will need to pay British Gas. Please do not pay Robin Hood Energy.
If you do make payment in error there may be a substantial wait to refund these amounts.
Further information for customers
Following your transfer to British Gas or another provider, you will have been issued with a final statement for the energy you have used up to the date of transfer.
Customers who have transferred to British Gas:
If you have transferred to British Gas your debit or credit amount referenced in your final statement will be transferred and added to your new British Gas account and you will receive a bill from British Gas in due course.
As you are now a British Gas customer, payments will need to be made to British Gas. This will either be through your Direct Debit which will have transferred automatically or by contacting British Gas directly. You will be provided with details on how to pay when your bill is received.

If you have opted to transfer to another provider your final bill has been produced by the Robin Hood Energy team and been sent to you. If you have received a bill from Robin Hood Energy or its other brands, please make payment using the link above.
